    *TRAVEL/DELIVERY NOTE: An additional delivery fee may apply to orders, depending upon the difficulty of setup location/environment, and/or the delivery distance away from our Grass Valley facility. We will inform you of any additional charges at the time of phone confirmation of booking order

    CONFIRMATION NOTICE - Rental Date Confirmation is based on availability. All rentals will be confirmed by email within 24 hrs of online rental request via this website.**

    **(Should item not be available on your intended date, we will make the best attempt to offer a comparable alternative rental item or your fee will be refunded. If you cancel your booking for any reason you are subject to $55 booking cancellation fee.)
